I'm a qualified lifeguard and have a CPR/AED certificate and red cross certificate too. I am 15 though and I applied to lifetime fitness not thinking I would hear back. However, I got a phone call today asking for an interview to be a swim instructor, and the only qualifications were to be working towards or to have a high school diploma. I have an interview tomorrow though and I'm scared that when I applied online that I entered 16 by mistake... I am not sure though, b/c I don't think I would do that.
My fear is that they will say first question, "So, how old are you?" I'll say, "15." And then they'll be like, "Oh, I'm sorry you must be 16 and older to work here..."
After driving all the way! PLEASE tell me its 15 and older!!!!
