What are the things that he should say and/or do? And can a muslim man have a conversation with a muslim woman?

The following factors must be considered.

First, does he already know her? Is he related to her?

Second, is she with a male relative or alone?

If he is related to her, a simple salaam aleichem, (insert her name here) is ok.

If he is known to her and she is accompanied by others, the same.

If he is NOT related to her and she is alone or with other women, he may nod but he should not speak.

If he is NOT related to her and she is accompanied by a male relative, he speaks to the male only!

The above is for those societies which are heavily Muslim and mostly unwesternized, including: Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan. More westernized countries have slightly more relaxed rules of conduct.

As for conversation, few non-westernized Muslim men would think of having a conversation with any female. Their chauvinism is still mired in the 13th century when women were bedmates, broodmares and little else, least of all conversational partners.

He should stand directly in front of her, put his hands on hips, and make backward and forward pelvic thrusting motions.
