...help to speed the process? I'm 14 years old in the middle of my summer right before high school. I woke up one morning and found I was unable to move the left half of my face. We visited the doctor, and sure enough I was diagnosed with bell's palsy. This is very frightening for me and I'm wondering how long I should be prepared for it to stay? and if there is anything I can do to help it go away faster? If anyone can answer my questions I would be extremely grateful. Or if anyone can tell me more about the causes of bell's palsy( I heard it can be caused by trauma) I would also really really appreciate it.
