you have to be the one to talk to him then. if hes shy and quiet hes not gonna break that comfort zone on his own. you got to do it. you got to be the one to ask for his number and everything. if you kiss, you have to be the one to go for it first. you need to get him comfortable to come out of his shell and then he will ease up to you and be more open to things.

if you like him because he is shy and quiet, do you think you can fix him so he isn't shy and quiet any more? if you do fix him, will you still like him. if he was a super stud and always hitting on chicks, do you think he would settle for you? in other words, you may have to be a little more aggressive to get his attention. you gotta take the whole package and not try to weed out his shortcomings.
