Okay so a few weeks ago my surfboard modem went discontinued so I had to get a new one. I used to have 12 mbps connection now its 4mbps! I hate this Motorola modem! The model is MSTATEA
My NAT type used to be 2 but now it's 3 so I need to get that changed. I have tried accessing my wireless router as I have before by going to 192.168.1.1 but it won't load. I have also tried logging into the modem at 192.168.100.1 but nothing either. PLEASE HELP!
