How to activate Bluetooth on an ASUS X58L?

It has an bluetooth activation light to show if it was on, but how can i turn it on?
There is no icon on the control panel for it and when i search for it, it only gives me information about Bluetooth.

you just need to press fn with this number thingo .. hard to explain its fine tho for me
