Ok so i have an iPhone 3G prepaid.
I wish to set up optus zoo (WAP) on it so i can surf the net and **** while not on WiFi.
I have a few problems -
The first is that I have activated a new 3G sim card, and transferred my number across from my 6 year old sim card. The order went form pending to submitted, and it said it would be done within 48 hours... that was 3 days ago. My old sim is still active, and my new sim still needs activating. When i dial a number on the new sim, it tells me to activate it. When i go to acivate it, it tells me the sim card number is invalid, probably because I already tried to activate it.

Here is a screenshot of the order, which changed from "Pending" to "Submitted" around 2 days ago, but the sim still doesnt work.
The second problem is when I do go to setup Optus Zoo on my iPhone, it comes up with unknown phone model, and that the optus zoo service is not available for my phone.

However, when I go to the Optus Zoo homepage, it comes up with an iPhone 3G as the model, which is correct.

I want to know what on earth has happened to my new sim card, why hasnt it activated and transferred my old number across, and why is my old sim card still active.
And is this the reason I cant setup Optus Zoo on my phone yet? Or is there a problem with the Optus Zoo site recognizing the phone model?
Overall I am extremely happy with the iPhone, but this has completely desroyed my confidence in Optus. I would email them, but I cant find an email address to do so, and I would phone them, but I dont want to explain this situation to some **** over the phone.
