how to alt tab faster ?

how to alt tab faster ? when i play games in my computer (dota) and i want to altab to check my facebook . but when i alttab it will have a black screen for 3 seconds !

i know there is a way to altab faster because some computer shops that i played when i altab it it is very fast ! .

what will i do to make this faster ?? is there any program or what ??

The delay is probably due to a difference in the resolution you have set in Windows and the resolution you have set in the game (I assume you're playing full-screen). Every time you switch, the setting changes back to the Windows setting, then you switch back, and the setting is reset to the game setting. If you set both Windows and the game to the same resolution, you should see a faster alt+tab.
