I recently got a big fine for having my feet on a Metlink train seat.
My friends have said it is really easy to get out of the payment if its your first offence.
I was just wondering what the best things to say are?
My thoughts were that it was my first offence ever, i live in the country so i rarely travel on Met-trains, i had a valid ticket, and my legs were tired because i'd just been to a concert all night.
