How to burn .ISO file with VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS files onto a playable DVD on a Mac?

I've been looking for a program that can do this, I'm trying Burn, but this is really confusing. Is there a method that is easier to use? I have an ISO file with video_ts and audio_ts files inside of it, but I'm not sure how to burn it onto a disc that can be played through a standard DVD player.

All answers are greatly appreciated!
