How to completely restore my computer while keeping my torrents in Bittorrent so

i can continue to seed? I am running vista, and am using Bittorrent as my torrent client.
I have many downloads and have just recently successfully transferred them to an external drive.
I have now decided I want to restore my computer back to what it was, when it came out of the box.
How can I keep my torrents seeding, after a complete computer restore? What do I need to transfer in order for my torrents to continue to seed after I reinstall Bittorrent after the computer is restored?

Sucks doesn't it :)
I've been there and done that more than once.

I ended up just stopping seeding, but you need to go back through and open up every torrent file while keeping your files in the same spot :\
