I have grown up as a total straight-edge kid with a perfect life and all that bullshit. But i've always felt more at home with my older (shes 30 im 15) sister who's totally chill, tatoos, peircings, everything. I feel like she could be my mom.
I really like metal/screamo, and I'm pretty indie. I wouldnt say i'm emo, but I HATE being the same as everyone, I wear skinny jeans, etc. IDK how happy my parents are with all of this.
I really want to get a piercing, just because its something i've always wanted and it just looks sick. My parents would probably, for lack of better words, neuter me if they found out. How should I confront them about this?
for these recent answers... My parents aren't very open to freedom of expresion. they say they are, but i have to fight my dad (verbaly, mind you) to get to keep my hair as long as it is (which isnt long at ALL).
