How to connect 2nd TV with HDMI cable to dish receiver?

i have a dish DVR receiver that work for 2 Tv's for the second tv the receiver cable comes from the wall and i used to connect it to the tv directly but i currently bought another flatscreen but i dont know how to connect it with a HDMI cable. On the first Tv I directly connected the HDMI cable to the receiver but i cant do that with the 2nd TV?
is there a way to connect using a HDMI cable?
