How To Connect Nokia E66 with Laptop for internet?

I have a Nokia E66. My Network has 3G. I wish to know how to connect to my laptop so that i can access internet on my laptop thru the Handset E66. I'm not so good in computers so please explain in simple language. Thanks a Ton. I'm from Oman using NAWRAS 3G network.
 
Just add your mobile bluetooth device in your laptop , then right click the bluetooth option in your taskbar , then click join PAN profile and there you can see your mobile name , choose it and click connect
