how to convert a baja viper(mini bike) into a snowmobile?

i received a baja viper last year for my birthday, and when it snowed i decided to test it out in the snow. it didn't get any traction, and kept slipping. is there any way to put tracks on the back wheel and something on the front instead of a wheel to make it be able to go in snow?? thanks a lot!

Actually there is a rear track conversion kit out there.I'm not shure what it's caller but I've seen them.The kit also included a ski for the front.Look around and I'll bet you'll find it.
