How to convert a DIVX file into HD?

Recorded a file off my ROXIO GAME CAP and I wanna convert it from DIVX into a HD file which I can upload to youtube?

if you know how to use torrent, download a reliable converter and then do so

HD is a resolution, not a Codec, so you can not convert to HD, you need to up-scale the quality and that is not a straight forward process.

720 dpi is basic HD while 1080 is the Full HD, DIVX can be HD as well.

First look into what quality is your DIVX and can it handle upscaling.
