How to convert .NDS files to .BIN and run in a DSi?

Hi there. I have a DSI with external SD (8Gb). Is there any way to convert a .NDS file to a .BIN one allowing me to store it in the SD and run from my DSi? I have downloaded some files for testing purposes (from DSIware) and the files are store .bin.
