How to Create a Bluetooth Network ?

I want to play Counter Strike Zero, Pocket Tanks, Halo on PAN made with Bluetooth on my PC and Laptop.
Please Guide steps to connect 2 PC with Bluetooth to play the above game on PAN Network.

for computer network (PAN) bluetooth is not possible it user only for file transfer best way go for ADD HOC option from windows 7
