how to create new torrents with seedbox on VNC server?

i wantt to create new torrents with VNC viewer server i have seedbox but when i try to create a torrent in VNC viewer with seedbox and i want to save it and use it in a private tracker site i cant get the new torrent from VNC server to my computer dont know if that makes any sence but thats the best i can explain any help well be grate full and i have a FTP
