How to eat healthy on a ski trip?

Tomorrow night I am leaving for a ski trip and will be skiing and tubing all day on Saturday. The thing is, I want to eat as healthy as possible while on this trip and also stay energized for the entire day, but my food choices will be very limited. My day will begin by eating a continental breakfast at the hotel and then later eating lunch at the ski lodge. Unfortunately, the lodge doesn't have many healthy options other than salads, but I don't think just a salad will keep me satisfied and energized to ski for the rest of the day. The lodge also has other foods like pizza, chicken tenders, fries, burgers, cake, cheesecake, coffee, and other unhealthy options. What decently healthy options should I choose from the continental breakfast and for lunch from the lodge to keep me energized? All answers are appreciated! Thanks!
