How to Factory Reset Blackberry Bold 9709?

I know I just asked this, but I'm on an iPod so I can't change the place where the question is supposed to be at but here's the additional details.

So I recently bought a blackberry bold 9700 from my friend. The thing is she left all her contacts and old apps and stuff, so my question is how do I like reset the phone so I could put my stuff on it, without having to delete everything one by one.

go to 'option , security option then click on wipe handheld. This will wipe the entire data. If you want to delete the apps, select delete third party apps. It's that simple
