...didn't do. Help? So I took in my BMW to my BMW of Dallas dealership the other day for some service. They gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle at no cost and I initialed a sheet with an outline of the car that was in good condition but no where on that was there any fine print.
I returned the loaner vehicle a week later to my service advisor like I have been doing forever. Nowhere in the store or in anything I have signed is there anything that says I must return it to the same counter that I picked up the vehicle from.
So they said there was some damage on the rear bumper and have tired to contact me but I have only received two messages from them. I have already received a call from my insurance that they filed a claim.
How can I fight this. I didn't do any damage it could have been anyone there or the valet driver and I was there for a good 30 min and no one told me anything. Any help will be thankful. How can I fight this at the dealer?
