My husband bought a phone for me at a T-mobile store, they were so helpful when we bought the phone but as soon as we returned it they just stopped. Very rude people and they never backdated our contract, or removed any features. I need to file a complain against them, I tried the Business Bea rue but no luck in trying to find them.
