How to fix dead pixels on a Motorola Droid X?

I dropped my phone at work today and noticed a number of black dead pixels on my screen. Is there any possible way to fix this, the pixels are all gathered in the middle so it's rather bothersome.

Replace the LCD. There are a number of websites that will sell replacement parts for cell phones. If you are handy you can repair it yourself OR you can take it to a cell phone "doctor" store, where they repair those things all the time.

When an LCD has dead pixels, there is no way to just replace the pixels that are dead. The whole LCD has to get swapped.
