ok so my friends droid is practicly broken well kinda and what i mean is when he turns it on the droid eye come and then it just keeps coming back to that it will never go to the menu screen please help thank you
Have you tried a battery pull? If pulling the battery and then reinstalling it doesn't help, you'll have to go to verizon or asurion (if it's insured) for help.
