How to fix ps3 error code '80130182'?

iv recently not been using my ps3 much but 2 days ago i noticed wen i was playing cod, i was getting lag so i switched it of for rest of the night. i went to switch the ps3 on yesterday and this error code kept coming up (80130182), iv read a few things on the internet bout this and alot of places say to reboot the router. is this all i need to do?
(and yes i have latest version update for ps3 and nothings corrupted, i think its just my router also my ps3 is wireless)
 
80710102 is a generic "I can't connect to the internet" error message. Doesn't mean much. How are you connecting your ps3 to your equipment. You said you took the same cable you use on your pc and connected straight to the PS3. What device is it connecting to on the other end, is it a router or a modem?
