How to get a comprehensive medical insurance cover while traveling to the US...

...for a vacation? I intend traveling to US with my family (wife & kid of 35 and 2 years age) on a B1/B2 visa which is just a visit visa. My global medical insurance cover does not cover US and Canada. Will appreciate information which can help me resolve this.

Travel agents and airlines sell travel medical insurance. Do try to select a policy that pays the medical bill rather than only reimburses after you pay.
