How to get an background mp3 on a rumor touch phone?

I want to know how to text and listen to music at the same time on my Virgin Mobile Rumor Touch Phone ..I've Heard there's an app .. just cant find a good one that works. Any Suggestions? Please and Thankyou :)
 
An sd card shouldve come with it that you can put music on. The app is is somewhere in the menu. Sorry i forgot where it is but its pretty easy to find. When you play music on the mp3 player, press the home button once and it should say something about playing the music in the background.
