How to get Droid Incredible for cheap? Verizon Wireless?

I just got an upgrade a few months ago, so I can't upgrade to a Droid but I don't want to spend five hundred dollars on the phone and upgrading to a thirty dollar a month plan. Right now I have a Pantech Jest and the $10 a month plan, does anybody know how I can get a Verizon Droid Incredible for a lower price and a new plan without paying to end my current plan?
 
If you do not have insurance then your best bet is to buy a used one some where on E-Bay or goto a local cellular merchant and see if they sell used phones.. I know in NJ there are places that sell used phones all the time.....
