how to get more walls and floors on the sims 3 game on iphone 4?

so i have an iphone 4 and i play the game the sims 3. so i have some walls and floors and then i saw that other sims had different walls and floors so i went to the sim store on the menu and i downloaded more floors, but my neighbors and other sims still have different walls and floors different than the ones i have, so where do i get those walls and floors that they have?
 
I don't know I tried that to cause I want jack and kills floor but it wont work.:3_8_14[1]:
