How to get rid of this msg? Internet Explorer Has encountered a problem & needs

to close. We're sorry....? HI! I have a problem with my laptop. Any time I open the internet page a msg pops up saying Internet Explorer Has encountered a problem & needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience, When I click on send error report or don't send the page disappears. Any one can help me with this F prb?????
 
You should download Mozzila Firefox. Internet Explorer has been down for about a year now, it ALWAYS does that. Just download mozilla Firefox and use that as ur default web browser.
