how to get ringtones to my phone without using the web?

i have no web access on my cell...and no chord to plug it into the computer! i have a samsung link, is there any possible free way to get ringtones on my phone?? doesnt have to be free, but would be nice lol. can someone give me advice?? thanks!

If you can receive picture messages then you should be able to send them to your phone from myxer.com, free ringtones website. Doesn't matter what phone you say you have when you setup you account on myxer, just as long as you say you have an AT&T carrier. You get access to more free ringtones. Make sure to check the free box when you search ringtones.
