How to greet people at Aeropostale?

My first day of work at Aero is tomorrow. I know when customers come in you say "Hi guys...insert pitch here..." but I know there's something else I'm forgetting. Can anyone help me out? Also, I know I'm supposed to maintain the front of the store. What am I doing-just folding clothes and straightening it out?
