i will tell you how to install a deck in a 2005-2006 colbalt u will need a wire harness some sawder and some shrink wrap here is wat ur going to do. first of all there will be a green wire and a green/black wire connect those 2 together then connect the red with red the black with black the yellow with yellow and the other wires will be speaker wires gray and gray black/gray and black/gray and etc. now if ur colbalt has a built in amp with a 7 speaker system there will be a pink wire and a white and black wire cut the pink one and connect the pink the blue amp wire and then blue/white wire from the harness and pink wire from the factory harness and then u will have ur sound. i hope this has helped you i had a difficult time installing mine
