How to make 125cc dirt bike street legal?

I'm 17 years old and I work at a restaurant about 5 minutes from my house. And I need a way to get there. my friend has a brand new 125cc dirt bike (small bike, made by BBR, not chinese) that he's going to sell to me for $400. What I want to know is where do I go to buy the parts to make it street legal? ( Blinkers, headlight / tailight, license plate holder etc)

Are there any online websites?
