How to make a "ringtone" into a text alert on lg cu515 plum?

Ok so i got a LG CU515 plum.
Any ideas on how to make a ringtone for when i get a text... all thats in the phone is the standard message alerts, which are all extremely annoying.
help me and i will love you forever!!!!! Thanks!
(all i want is a song to play when i recieve a text)
