How to make Bittorrent 7.7 downloads very fast?

My bittorrent download speed is very slow. im in Australia.

The question is, why is it slow. Either your connection is slow, the torrents have few seeders, or the seeders are limiting bandwidth, or the ISP is throttling that type of traffic.
