how to not pay a cancellation fee for sprint?

okay lets start off.
my mom started my plan barley on Jan.4.2008 for sprint.She paid for unlimited texts but on the bill they didnt count that so she had to pay for every text message.They did that to us in the month of Jan.And again in Feb.
So this month is march and im tired of having spint already and it hasnt even been a year.Does somone know how i can end my spint plan without paying the cancellation fee?
PS:its not just that ive had many droped calles and i get text messages hours late.
 
Tell SPRINT that they are in breach of their legal contract with you for not supplying a service of satisfactory quality and have not used satisfactory care while dealing with you for the settled period of time, and you wish to cease the remaining contract binding you with no resulting consequences (paying to end it). If your demands are not met, you will gladly persue the case in the high court.
