im glad we were not the only ppl having trouble!!!:o
but eventually using the palm of my hand and all my mite:p
i got it off i thought i never would!!!:3_8_13[1]:

Thanks for the palm tip! It worked straight away!

I've been trying to push/bend/tweek it open with my fingers for ever... I bought it for my girlfriend yesterday and we desided to go back to the store and have them to show me. ;-)

No everything works! =)

i have the same problem and i;ve googled the damn thing and found this forum:)))) but i still can't get the thing off....i've tried everything..

Thanks, did it eventually! This methods does work, but you need v. clean, dry hands and to really push very hard. A U-tube post advises putting candlewax on afterwards to help in future. Seems to work.

its easy just put your palm over the top and push sometimes u have to push hard it took me a while !!!!!! First i got pissed of :3_8_14[1]: but then it was easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sussed it, Two phumbs press down in the middle of the back cover and the slide it off!! was ready to throw it out the window :3_8_13[1]: :3_8_14[1]: :D

After an hour trying with my hands I used a bit of rubber to push it from behind the little arrow and it came off first time - they should include a non-slip cloth or something!

Thanks for the tips. You really have to use a lot of force and push in the direction of the arrow.

my tocco lite won't open wah wah wah!

luckily I thought of looking on the net for answer before 2 hours of frustration.....

def need palm and a big push!

now time to explore the phone!

I Have to bloody agree lol i can't get the damn back cover off as well, tho i am gonna try the palm thing rite now and i will message back! thnx lol. if tht doesn't work then...:3_8_13[1]:

How to get the battery cover off a Samsung Tocco Lite

I know how to!
I had the exact same problem (hours of frustration!) and I looked all over the internet.
Then I found that the easiest way is....
get a piece of Blu-Tack
place the piece of Blu-Tack a couple of centimetres away from the arrow
and push as you would without Blu-Tack and push hard!
the lid should slide off
(it sounds like its breaking but its not!)

Thanks so much for this. My son's phone had a small blue icon with lines coming out of it and I was told to open the back and adjust the sim card. All very well if you can get the back off! Thanks to this I did and took the sim card out and put it back in again, put the back on and hooray - it works again! Two problems sorted in one!
