how to pair to bluetooth without a passcode?!?

it's driving me crazy- my bluetooth adapter is connecting to my device but it won't give me the option to connect without a passcode! please help......
it's a targus bluetooth adapter, by the way...
 
you need the passcode...I've run into the same problem pairing Bluetooth Headsets with Smart Phones that I've had...but we live in a time where stuff like that is published ALL OVER the internet. my best advice to you would be find all the exact model numbers of stuff & search for it on google...
