How to put my iTunes Library on a different computer?

i have an old comp with my itunes library nd its about to die so i dont wanna buy all my songs again, so how can i take my library from that computer to my new laptop? i have windows, and is there a way to do it without burning my songs on a cd
 
Put it on an external hard drive or flash drive. (Depends on how much music you have)
