How to regain fitness...?

I am in Year 11, which is obviously my GCSE year. So I am revising very often which means i can't play sport due to these exams. Therefore, i am losing my fitness which i used to have. I used to play football two times a week and i also went to the gym. Now, because of exams, i can't go to the gym and the football season is finished. I also used to play cricket but my parents would rather me revise and anyway, it doesn't really help with fitness. Anyway, im just asking once all my exams are over, for me it is the 23rd June, how will i be able to get my fitness back quickly? Any specific ways/techniques?

The Dogs, i have ran before but are there any specific ways to increase fitness in running? Such as different techniques. What is better.... interval? Continuous? Fartlek?
