How to replace a power antenna on a 1994 Honda Accord?

I went through a car wash with my radio turned down and didn't realize it wasn't OFF. My antenna is bent and every time I start the car/turn off the car, it makes a horrible grinding sound as the antenna tries to move up and down. It doesn't fully extend anymore.

I heard that I could replace it with just one of those rubber stubs. Does anyone know how to do this? Maybe a link to a website with step by step instructions?
