How to run a 100 meter sprint?

I'm a pretty fast sprinter. 10.8 is my personal record, but not only do I have trouble maintaining speed for the whole 10.8 seconds of it, I have trouble controlling my legs when I run. Is it endurance or technique? My legs feel out of control... that was redundant...
 
Don't worry, I went through the same thing when I first started running.
My best advice is when you run remember 3 things:
1.lean forward.
2.run on your toes.
3.pick up your legs more.

Also, investing in some good track spikes would help ALOT.
