how to save contacts to SIM card on a sony ericsson yari with a blank screen?

my yari's screen in spoilt, so nothing can be seen. but the phone is still functioning. i want to know how to save my contacts to my SIM card, with detailed instruction of which buttons to press and which directional buttons to press also since i can't see anything on the screen.
