How to set a trimmer for a 4 channel E-sky Helicopter ?

i bougth a 4 channel helicopter from E-sky with a 4in 1 mixer , but the heli isn't stable probably because of the trimmer .How can i make it stable using the trimmer .

Additional Question :
What difference does a 4 in 1 mixer does ?
