How to Show a Shy guy Im Interested?

Hes very shy and we never talk, but somehow his body language shows me he MAY have a crush on me. He stares at me when im not looking, tries to act smart in classes we have in common, smiles and looks down when passing by me, picked up a pencil i dropped once in an instant, acts shy around me, has his toes pelvis and shoulders pointed toward me in class etc..

Im also very shy and I want a way to show him Im a little interested, without actually saying it. When he says stuff in class Ill look back at him and laugh if its funny, but I dont think thats enough. What are some other small moves that I can do to show interest.
