In 11 weeks and 1 day I'm leaving Australia to travel the world for 12 months. For the past 3 years i have done weight training 4-5 times a week. I weigh about 215 pound, and can lift some pretty heavy weights. This is something I pride myself on but while traveling ill be passing through remote places in countries like Mongolia and quite frankly even in the big cities I wont be able to afford to pay for individual visits to the gym. At the same time I don't want to lose 3 yrs of hard work so does anyone know a way to stay bulked up at my weight without actively visiting a gym?
If anyone knows of alternative ways I'd be very grateful to hear them, though keep in mind ill be backpacking a lot of the time so cant carry dumbbells or heavy things around with me.
