How to steal Dish network , Directv, or Comast cable box TV signal?

I have Receivers from all, but cards are not active
How can I steal ?
WHAT model of Receiver Do I need?
What provider is this for?
Where can I buy activated cards or black cards, or with what device can I Duplicate cards?
OR What Can I use to convert Cable service signal so I can watch them without the activated cable box? Or how can I trick this Cable box ? I have a Not activated cable box, and have internet service , So how can I make it give me Cable signal?
