I do BJJ everyday for 2 hours and then either muay thai, MMA, wrestling or boxing for the remaining hour, everytime my joints ache like hell how do I minimise this
no man its my joints mainly, muscles hurt of course but my elbows, shoudlers, knees, ankles and neck always hurt
training consistently for a year now, 6 days a week, 3 hours a day I'm on a 100 dollars a month unlimited plan so I don't really take weeks off can't waste my many lol
